Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Logo Maker.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal or internal business use on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App itself except as permitted by law.

4Subscriptions & Billing

The App is free to download and offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock additional features such as high-resolution exports, transparent PNGs, and brand kits.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

5AI Content & Logo Ownership

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate logos, icons, brand kits, and related assets based on the inputs you provide.

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the rights to the final logos you generate and may use them for personal and commercial purposes.
• Logos are generated automatically. Because AI models are trained on large datasets, generated designs may unintentionally resemble existing logos or trademarks. We do not guarantee that any generated design is unique or free of third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing a design and, where appropriate, conducting trademark or clearance searches before using it commercially or applying for registration.
• Fonts, templates, icons, and stock elements provided within the App may be subject to their own licenses and are made available for use within your designs, not for separate resale.

Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice regarding trademarks or intellectual property.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights.
• Create content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes another party's trademarks or copyrights.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or impersonate any person or brand.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the App or its systems.
• Use automated means to access the App or scrape its content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App itself without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

7Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding your inputs and the final designs you generate), is owned by Joppe Sabbe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

8Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that generated designs will meet your expectations or be free of third-party rights.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logo Maker and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Logo Maker, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

12Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes may be communicated in-app. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
